Cistella Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cistella: Project Tracker ("Cistella") handles information when you use the app. Cistella is provided by Agentlehand.

Information you create in Cistella

Cistella stores the project information you enter, such as projects, tasks, parts, notes, journal entries, time records, settings, and photo metadata. This information is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or back it up.

Photos and media

If you add photos, Cistella stores and displays the photos you select or capture for your projects. Cistella requests media permissions only to let you choose, import, view, and manage photos within the app.

Google Drive backups

If you sign in to Google Drive, Cistella uses your Google account only to create, list, download, and delete Cistella backup files in Google Drive app data storage. This storage area is intended for Cistella backup data and is separate from your general Google Drive files.

Cistella may display your connected Google account email address so you can confirm which account is connected. Cistella does not request access to your entire Google Drive.

Purchases

If you buy premium features, purchases are processed by Google Play. Cistella receives purchase status information needed to unlock or restore premium features. Payment details are handled by Google Play and are not collected by Cistella.

Desktop Access

Cistella includes an optional Desktop Access feature that lets you use a browser on your local network to work with Cistella data from your phone. This feature is user-started, local-network based, and can be stopped from the app or Android notification.

Notifications

Cistella may use notifications for app features such as timers or foreground services. Notifications are used to support app functionality and are not used for advertising.

Analytics and advertising

Cistella does not include third-party advertising. We do not sell your personal information. Cistella does not use your project data for third-party advertising or tracking.

How information is protected

Cistella is designed to keep your project data on your device unless you choose to back it up, export it, or use Desktop Access. Google Drive backups can be password-protected, and you are responsible for keeping your backup passwords secure.

Your choices

• You can disconnect Google Drive in Cistella settings.
• You can delete local Cistella data by deleting app data or uninstalling the app.
• You can delete Cistella backup files from the app or from Google Drive app management tools.
• You can stop Desktop Access whenever you are not using it.
• You can review deletion options at Cistella Data Deletion.

Children's privacy

Cistella is not directed to children under 13. Cistella does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used Cistella in a way that requires privacy support, contact us so we can help address the issue.
